The watchband is configured to fix the watch body on a user's wrist. A biosensor is integrated on the surface of the wristband on a side adjacent to the user's wrist. As the watchband can contact directly with wrist side nerves, more accurate test results can be obtained, and operational complexity is simplified. By canceling the bezel design and performing a corresponding operation according to a touch operation detected in a functional region, a size of the smart watch is reduced and comfort and flexibility while wearing the smart watch is improved.
