The substrate includes a first region adjacent to a second region. The first pixel electrode overlaps the first region. The first pixel electrode includes a first transparent conductive layer. The second pixel electrode overlaps the second region. The second pixel electrode includes a second transparent conductive layer. The first electroluminescent layer is disposed on the first pixel electrode. The first electroluminescent layer is configured to emit light in a first range of wavelengths. The second electroluminescent layer is disposed on the second pixel electrode. The second electroluminescent layer is configured to emit light in a second range of wavelengths different from the first range of wavelengths. Resistivity of the first transparent conductive layer is different from resistivity of the second transparent conductive layer.
