When an environment context of a first user is lacking, a context awareness platform can acquire an environment context of a second user adjacent to a first user, and provide, to the first user for accessing an application device such that when a user accesses an application in non-smart space or different smart space, the user can also obtain an environment context lacked by the user, and therefore the embodiments of the present disclosure have strong commonality.
