At least a part of a path connecting the drive circuit and the control unit is formed of an optical fiber cable arranged inside the storage container, and the optical fiber cable has electric field mitigation means for suppressing an electric field occurring due to a potential difference between the drive circuit and the control unit from locally concentrating along a longitudinal direction of the optical fiber cable.
