The organic light emitting display device includes a plurality of anode electrodes on a lower substrate, a bank dividing the plurality of anode electrodes and covering an edge of each of the plurality of anode electrodes, an organic light emitting layer on the plurality of anode electrodes, a second electrode on the organic light emitting layer, and a scattering layer overlapping the bank.
