The second substrate includes a second base substrate, a second alignment layer disposed on a first surface of the second base substrate, a touch electrode disposed on a second surface of the second base substrate, a connecting electrode disposed on the second surface, and a connecting line disposed on the second surface. The first surface faces the first substrate, and the second surface is opposite to the first surface. The touch electrode includes a crystallized indium tin oxide.
