A first ultraviolet protective layer is close to the UV light source, and a second ultraviolet protective layer is far away from the UV light source. The refractive index of the first ultraviolet protective layer to UV light is greater than the refractive index of the second ultraviolet protective layer to UV light. One UV mask is reduced, to ensure that device characteristics remain unaffected.
