The determination unit determines whether or not an attachment has a sensor based on information on an attachment. When the determination unit determines that the attachment has the sensor and when the abnormal condition determination unit cannot receive a signal from the sensor, the abnormal condition determination unit determines that an abnormal condition has occurred.
