Each electrode unit comprises a first electrode having a first undulating boundary; a second electrode having a second undulating boundary; and a fill pattern between the first electrode and the second electrode, having an undulating boundary substantially complementary to corresponding portions of the first undulating boundary and the second undulating boundary. The first electrode, the second electrode, and the fill pattern in a same electrode unit are electrically isolated from each other.
