A display device includes a first substrate, sub-pixel electrodes adjacent to each other on the first substrate, a second substrate positioned opposite to the first substrate, a light-transmitting pattern on the second substrate and at least partially overlapping with the first sub-pixel electrode, a wavelength conversion pattern on the second substrate, a first black matrix filling a separation space between a side surface of the light-transmitting pattern and a side surface of a first wavelength conversion pattern and including a first surface facing the first substrate and a second surface facing the second substrate, and the first surface of the first black matrix is wider than the second surface of the first black matrix, and a first surface of a second wavelength conversion pattern is wider than a second surface of the second wavelength conversion pattern.
