A second coil fixing component has a second body portion inserted into a second void portion formed between the coil and a second end surface of the tooth portion, a second convex portion inserted into the second concave portion of the tooth portion, and a second locking portion extending from an end on the inner side of the radial direction of the second body portion toward the opposite side of the second end surface to lock the coil. The second body portion has an elastic structure that exerts elastic force in an axial direction.
