The display panel includes an array substrate and an opposite substrate that are subjected to cell docking, and sealing material provided between the array substrate and the opposite substrate and located in a peripheral area of the display panel, wherein the display panel further includes an optical part provided on a side of the sealing material close to the array substrate and/or the opposite substrate and configured to guide ultraviolet light having passed through the sealing material back into the sealing material. The display panel is used to fabricate the display device.
