A laundry treating apparatus comprises a cabinet; a tub provided inside the cabinet, receiving water therein; a drum provided inside the tub, storing laundry therein; a path portion provided in the drum, providing a moving path of the water; a water flow formation portion rotatably provided inside the drum, partially discharging the water inside the drum to the path portion during rotation; and a guide portion provided in the drum, guiding the water discharged by the water flow formation portion to the path portion, wherein the guide portion includes an anti-vortex member for preventing vortex of the water passing through the guide portion.
