The power voltage supply line covers the plurality of wirings and includes a top surface having an irregular surface corresponding to the plurality of wirings. The insulating layer includes an opening overlapping a first portion of the power voltage supply line. The window is disposed on the insulating layer and includes a light-blocking region and a light-transmissive region, the light-transmissive region entirely covering the opening.
