It further includes: a first electrode and a second electrode, the first electrode and the second electrode being both provided on one side of one of the first base substrate and the second base substrate close to the liquid crystal layer; the first electrode and the second electrode being configured for generating an electric field; and a conductor, located between the first electrode and the second electrode and is configured for generating a magnetic field whose magnetic field direction is perpendicular to a plane of the first base substrate and a plane of the second base substrate.
