The organic light emitting diode display includes a first substrate on which pixels each including an organic light emitting diode are disposed, a second substrate including a power line supplied with a power voltage and facing the first substrate, and a conductive filler layer interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and including a conductive medium. The first substrate includes an auxiliary electrode, a first barrier disposed on the auxiliary electrode, a cathode divided by the first barrier and exposing at least a portion of the auxiliary electrode, and a protective layer disposed on the cathode, divided by the first barrier, and exposing at least a portion of the auxiliary electrode. One end of the cathode directly contacts the auxiliary electrode.
