The method includes steps of acquiring, by an external DNS server, an outgoing link address through which a user sends an application access request, based on the application access request sent by the user and received by the external DNS server; determining, by the external DNS server, a network server to which the outgoing link address through which the user sends the application access request belongs; resolving, by the external DNS server, an outgoing link address of an application corresponding to the network server, based on the network server to which the outgoing link address through which the user sends the application access request belongs; and sending, by the external DNS server, the application access request to the application based on the resolved outgoing link address of the application, so that the user accesses the application.
