The cover is attached to the body so as to be rotatable around the first shaft, the groove extends parallel to the longitudinal direction of the long hole, the cover is slidable relative to the body while the second shaft is in the groove, and the cover is rotatable around the first shaft when the second shaft is out of the groove.
