The method provided in the present invention includes: obtaining, by a mobile terminal, a sensing signal generated from a press of a user; detecting, by the mobile terminal, a strength value of the sensing signal; and determining, by the mobile terminal, an uplink communication transmission capability according to the strength value of the sensing signal.
