The circuitry is configured to receive a radio communication signal for another device. The circuitry is also configured to determine, based on the radio communication signal, one or more features that can reflect the difference between uplink transmission mode and downlink transmission mode. The circuitry is further configured to judge whether the radio communication signal is for uplink transmission or downlink transmission according to the feature(s).
