The grid-shaped projecting portion 11 includes a reflection layer 12, a dielectric layer 13, and an absorption layer 14 in this order from the side of the transparent substrate 10. A protection layer 15 is provided on a surface of the grid-shaped projecting portion 11, and covers all of an upper surface and a side surface of the absorption layer 14 and all of a side surface of the dielectric layer 13, and at least a part of a side surface of the reflection layer 12. The protection layer 15 on the side surface of the reflection layer 12 is thinner than the protection layer 15 on the side surface of the absorption layer 14.
