An evaluation unit replaces the eye fixation duration with an interest level of the user for the accumulation image on the basis of evaluation criteria. An information accepting unit accepts the interest level as information about the eye fixation duration. An information management unit records the image ID of the accumulation image and the interest level to a storage device in association with each other as image interest-level information.
