Embodiments of golf club heads and methods to manufacture golf club heads are generally described herein. In one example, a golf club head may include a body portion having a top portion, a bottom portion, a toe portion, a heel portion, a front portion, a rear portion, and an interior. The golf club head may include a first plurality of ports and a second plurality of ports in the bottom portion. A first set of inner support portions may be connected to the first plurality of ports, and a second set of inner support portions may be connected to the second plurality of ports.
