A computer-implemented method includes identifying one or more sensor identifiers; identifying one or more activity conclusions; and identifying one or more activity derivation rules each associated with at least one of the one or more sensor identifiers and at least one of the one or more activity conclusions. The computer-implemented method further includes determining, for each of the one or more sensor identifiers, an overall predominance value based on at least one of the one or more activity derivation rules, wherein the predominance value is an estimation of the synergic significance of each of the one or more sensor identifiers to the one or more activity derivation rules.
