The organic light-emitting display device comprises a substrate, a thin-film transistor (TFT) disposed on the substrate, an overcoat layer disposed on the TFT, a first electrode disposed on the overcoat layer and including a lower electrode layer, an intermediate electrode layer, which is disposed on the lower electrode layer, and an upper electrode layer, which is disposed on the intermediate electrode layer, an emission layer disposed on the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on the emission layer, wherein the first electrode includes a first area in which the lower electrode layer, the intermediate electrode layer and the upper electrode layer are sequentially stacked and a second area in which the lower electrode layer and the upper electrode layer are sequentially stacked.
