Estimating, before the new streaming session is established, an estimated end-to-end latency variation of the new streaming session, supposing it is established over the first path. Determining, based on comparing the estimated end-to-end latency variation with the limit, that the estimated end-to-end latency variation exceeds the limit. And rejecting the request, based on the determination.
