The energy storage control circuit also includes a boot capacitor having a first node and a second node. The energy storage element further includes a comparator that includes a first input node coupled to the first node of the charge transistor and a second input node adapted to be coupled to the terminal of the energy storage element. The comparator also includes an output node.
