The circuit includes a first scan line, a second scan line, a third scan line, a light emission control line and a data writing line, a pixel driving sub-circuit for driving a light emitting element of a pixel to emit light according to the first scan signal, the second scan signal, the third scan signal, the light emission control signal, and the data signal, a fingerprint recognition sub-circuit that receives any two of the first scan signal, the second scan signal and the third scan signal through a first read terminal and a reset terminal to generate fingerprint data of a finger based on any two of the first scan signal, the second scan signal and the third scan signal, thereby realizing integration of the fingerprint recognition function with the pixel driving function.
