Specifically exemplified embodiments disclosed herein include systems and methods for retrieving a tow rope that facilitates the provision of a tow rope to a wake surfer, dispensing of the tow rope while wake surfing and presenting a rope to a downed wake surfer at a safe and ideal position relative to boat.
