The display substrate includes pixel units, each of which includes a pixel electrode and a first transistor having a control electrode coupled to a gate line and a first electrode coupled to the pixel electrode. The display substrate further includes a second transistor coupled to a first pixel unit and a second pixel unit in a same column. The second transistor has a first electrode coupled to a second electrode of the first transistor of the first pixel unit and a second electrode of the first transistor of the second pixel unit, a control electrode coupled to a control line, and a second electrode coupled to a data line.
