Specifically, the fourth control sub-circuit is configured, if turned on, to cause a voltage drop of the first level signal input at the first level signal input terminal and to output the first level signal with the voltage drop to the third control node, such that a voltage at the third control node is less than or equal to a voltage at the first control node, thereby maintaining the third control sub-circuit off.
