The fan-out wirings are disposed in the peripheral region on the substrate, and the fan-out wirings include a straight-line portion and an oblique line portion. The wiring structure is disposed on the fan-out wirings, and includes a conductive layer and conductive patterns spaced apart from each other and disposed on the conductive layer.
