The instrument is made up of a ring-shaped plate, and a plurality of extensions each extending from the ring-shaped plate toward the center of the circular plate. The plurality of extensions include a first extension, a second extension and a third extension, and the first extension has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. In plan view, the second extension faces the first surface of the first extension, and the third extension faces the second surface of the first extension.
