Each electrode is in direct contact with one or more of the plurality of electrode leads, and a thickness of each electrode lead is greater than a thickness of a corresponding electrode. At least one of the plurality of electrode leads is respectively provided with at least one gap, and each gap is configured to electrically disconnect one of the plurality of electrodes that is in direct contact with a corresponding electrode lead from another one of the plurality of electrodes that is adjacent to the corresponding electrode lead.
