The present invention reduces the length of a bottom frame of a mobile phone as well as the entire mobile phone by means of silk printing, transfer printing or electroplating a decorative ring on the touch screen panel to take the place of the fingerprint recognition metal decorative ring of an ordinary mobile phone.
