The first wheel support portion is configured to be movable in a direction in which a straight line extends, the straight line being perpendicular to both the first and second wheel support shafts. A first support is provided at a first end of the first wheel support portion, and a second support is provided at a second end of the first wheel support portion. Furthermore, an intermediate support is provided between the first support and the second support. A first load and a second load are configured to be applied to the second support and the intermediate support, respectively, such that the first load and the second load are parallel to the wheel support shaft and the direction of the first load is opposite to that of the second load.
