The orthogonal projection of the light-shielding structure surrounds the orthogonal projection of the light-sensitive structure. In the direction perpendicular to the base substrate, the light-shielding structure includes a first light-shielding section and a second light-shielding section. The first light-shielding section is disposed close to the first light-shielding layer, and the first light-shielding section and the second light-shielding section are formed by different fabrication processes.
