A second terminal of the energy storage circuit is coupled to a first terminal of the switching circuit, of which a second terminal and a third terminal are coupled to a pull-up node and a first power supply voltage terminal of a gate driving circuit respectively. The control circuit controls charging and discharging of the energy storage circuit based on a control signal input on the control signal terminal when an Xon function is enabled. The switching circuit is configured to conductively connect or disconnected the pull-up node and the first power supply voltage terminal via charging or discharging.
