The method includes: in presence of a plurality of sets of wireless signals having different configurations, cascading consecutive symbols in each of the plurality of sets of wireless signals into at least one symbol cascade block, where when lengths of valid symbols in any two sets of wireless signals of the plurality of sets of wireless signals having different configurations satisfy a proportional relationship of n:m, numbers of symbols in symbol cascade blocks of the two sets of wireless signals within a same time length satisfy a proportional relationship of m:n, and n and m are positive integers; and transmitting symbol cascade blocks of the plurality of sets of wireless signals in a preset order.
