The photosensitive element is used for performing photoelectric conversion of incident light. The fingerprint identification device further comprises a collimating filter layer arranged on a light entrance surface of the photosensitive element. The collimating filter layer comprises a plurality of strip-shaped light guide portions arranged to be spaced and parallel, a longitudinal direction of the plurality of strip-shaped light guide portions being substantially perpendicular to the light entrance surface of the photosensitive element.
