The panel includes a display region and a non-display region and has a normal direction in which the non-display region is adjacent to the display region. The non-display region includes a conductive line which includes a first section and a second section. The first section has a first extension direction and the second section has a second extension direction that is different from the first extension direction. A first conductive layer is disposed on the first section a first distance away from the first section in the normal direction. A second conductive layer is disposed on the second section a second distance away from the second section in the normal direction which is different than the first distance.
