A first bank has a plurality of first openings, and each of the first openings at least partially exposes a respective first electrode. A second bank has a plurality of second openings, and each of the second openings at least partially exposes one or more of the first electrodes. Each of a first set of the second openings exposes n first electrodes (n is a natural number equal to or greater than 1), and each of a second set of the second openings exposes m first electrodes (m is a natural number equal to or greater than 1), wherein n and m are different values.
