The color conversion layer is used in a display panel having a direct surface light source. The color conversion layer includes a quantum dot film and a functional film. The functional film is arranged at one side of the quantum dot film facing the direct surface light source. A light wave emitted by the direct surface light source is transmitted through the functional film into the quantum dot film. A light wave excited by the quantum dot film is reflected into the quantum dot film through the functional film.
