The UE receives a first signaling, the first signaling being used for indicating a first time-frequency resource group, the first time-frequency resource group being reserved for a first bit block; and receives a second signaling, the second signaling being used for indicating a second time-frequency resource group, the second time-frequency resource group being reserved for a second bit block. Whether the first time-frequency resource group and the second time-frequency resource group belong to a same resource subset of G resource subsets is used for determining whether the first bit block and the second bit block are respectively transmitted in the first time-frequency resource group and the second time-frequency resource group or are both transmitted in a third time-frequency resource group.
