For instance, the frame structure may provide shared medium access by multiple operators in a new radio shared spectrum system. Specifically, the present aspects provide for utilizing reservation preambles associated with a distinct operator for announcing to other operators a reservation of at least one transmission opportunity of a given frame in the new radio shared spectrum.
