There is one or more first and second electronic switching devices arranged between the first and second electrical circuit, and the third electrical circuit so as to realize the conversion. The first and second electrical circuit are, at least for respective coupling portions, arranged in proximity to the electronic switching devices, neared and superposed at a same face of the board so that a capacitive and/or inductive coupling between the two circuits is realized.
