The controller is configured to determine one of the guide route and the travelable route as a driving control target depending on a result of determining whether to deviate from the guide route and a result of determining whether the guide route is set on a pocket-shaped off ramp and the vehicle is driving on an outermost lane of a road on which the vehicle is currently driving.
