The tip may include curved blades that project from the end of the shaft. A first curved blade may have a first arc shaped cross section. A second curved blade may have a second arc shaped cross section. A radius of the second arc-shaped cross section may be greater than a radius of the first arc-shaped cross section of the first curved blade.
