The device includes a housing to be worn by a user and an antenna structure disposed within the housing. The antenna structure includes a substrate, a first antenna array disposed on a first surface of the substrate, and a second antenna array disposed on a second surface of the substrate. The antenna structure also includes a reflective wall facing the second surface.
