The first heat receiver having a first refrigerant pipe through which a refrigerant flow and a first heat conductive sheet that receives heat by being in contact with a cooling target. The second heat receiver is configured to approach and separate from the first heat receiver while facing the first heat conductive sheet. The spring biases the first heat receiver and the second heat receiver in an approaching direction.
